Manager Mastery is delivered in a variety of different ways, including as an onsite training program for your team, a virtual training program that allows people to attend from any location, and as a full-day or multi-day retreat. What is the time commitment?

This really depends on how it’s delivered but every effort has been made to be mindful of time. Each component of the course has been designed to fit in with things the manager is likely already doing with their team, and simply tweaks the approach. That means it doesn’t add extra time to apply the techniques.

Is the program accredited? 

Yes, the program is an approved offering by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), two of the main organizations for human resources related content. Credit is available from both those associations.  

When you deliver it virtually, what technology do you use? Do you provide recordings for other team members to watch? 

Generally speaking Zoom. However, if you have specific tools you would like to use for your team, that can probably be accommodated. And yes, recordings are provided following the program.
